EMN Informs are primarily intended for policymakers and other practitioners and provide a brief summary of the main policy-relevant findings from an EMN activity. This edition seeks to identify the different policies and approaches for return counselling used by Member States plus Norway as well as by national NGOs and international organisations delivering return counselling.
