  • Studies 2015

Each year the European Migration Network compiles at least two research studies on issues such as labour migration, unaccompanied minors and protection statuses.

Study topics are proposed by EMN National Contact Points and/or the European Commission in the year prior to undertaking the study. Selection of study topics takes into account policy priorities at national and EU level.

EMN research studies collate data already in existence at national level. This secondary research is often supplemented with further primary research to fill emerging information gaps.

The synthesis report arising from these studies provides an overview of all the national reports, and includes comparative statistics where possible.
